Mr. Collin Ng - Partner
Mr. Ng graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has over 29 years of solid experience in finance, management and auditing. He had worked in the Audit Department at PriceWaterHouseCoopers for more than six years.
Mr. Ng had held senior financial positions at a number of Hong Kong listed companies. He is particularly experienced in designing and implementing tax efficient operational structure and tax planning scheme, and advising clients in handling tax disputes and appeals with tax authorities.
Mr. Ng is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ng also holds degrees of Master in Business Administration, Master of Science in Finance, Master of Science in Business Information Systems, Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws
Ms Tse Yuk Ping - Partner
Ms Tse has more than 28 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and business management. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Technology.
Mr. Leung Yan Yik – Principal Business Consultant
Mr. Leung graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has over 29 years of solid experience in Information Technology Management, Financial Management, and Investment Management. Mr. Leung had held senior management and financial positions in a number of multi-international organizations before joining the firm.
YY is specialized in advising clients on how to drive corporate growth, profitability and sustainability through the implementation of policies and systems that ensure effectiveness and efficiencies. He is especially experienced in redesigning business work processes and work flows that better support the organisation’s mission.
Being a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Global Management Accountant, Mr. Leung also holds degrees of Master in Laws and Bachelor in Laws.
Mr. L. I. Chan – Principal Tax Consultant
Mr. Chan is a graduate of City University of Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Chan had worked as a Senior Manager with PriceWaterHouseCoopers Shanghai office. Mr. Chan has over 12 years of experience in Hong Kong and China tax and business environment.
Mr. Chan has extensive experience with international advisory work across a whole spectrum of industries, including banking, investment management, and insurance. He advised many international and domestic hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds the tax efficient holding structures and operation procedures.
Mr. Tommy Law – Senior Consultant
Mr. Law is a graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has over 29 years of solid experience in auditing, company secretary and finance. He had worked in the Audit Department at PriceWaterHouseCoopers for more than seven years and had senior financial position with a listed company in Hong Kong before joining the firm.
Mr. Law is a practising and fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Mr. Ronald Cheung - Manager
Mr. Cheung has over 20 years of solid experience in finance and company secretary. He had held senior financial and secretarial positions at a number of Hong Kong listed companies. Ronald has diverse experience in commercial sector in Hong Kong and China.
